The success of the campaign revolved around an easy and accurate registration system - it was important not to lose any potential users. To make the system as easy as possible, form errors were highlighted in real time by turning border colours red. In addition, a user's email address was checked to see if they had already registered.
Word of Mouth (WOM) campaign site to spread the word about new Aquafresh ISO Active toothpaste. Users are provided with a forum to discuss and share their opinions plus tools to tell their friends.
