The behaviour management module was designed to allow schools to improve pupil behaviour by providing a mechanism for staff to record praise for pupil achievements.
I founded a startup company that developed and marketed the web-based content management system “YourSchoolWeb”, designed specifically for schools. The YourSchoolWeb product combined school-based Intranet tools, including email, assessment analysis, reporting, behaviour logging and management, with more traditional CMS features such as email, calendar and content sharing.
